With more than 30 years of experience in sales and marketing, Ghislaine has held senior roles in multinational companies across North America, including Senior Sales Representative, Sales Team Manager, and Marketing and Sales Director. Her strategic vision and hands-on leadership have shaped high-performance teams in diverse industries.
For over twenty years, she has delivered professional management training and coaching to executives and leaders in multiple markets. She served as Vice-President of International Coach Federation ( ICF) - Quebec Chapter, and earned her professional trainer certification from the University of Quebec in Montreal ( UQAM).
She also graduated with distinction from the Canadian Professional Sales Institute (CPSA), where she later delivered training programs across Canada for more than a decade.
