The Heart of Leadership: "Building Character-Driven Influence"

Exploring How Integrity Shapes Leaders and Inspires Teams

The Golden rule is still PURE GOLD:  Treat people the way you would like to be treated.  Do unto others the way 
you would have them do unto you.

So how do we know the difference between a " Heart Centered" Leadership versus a  " Ego Driven" Leadership?

- Creating alliances with key people in our organization; OR Using dishonest persuasion strategies and techniques;
- Using subtle and skilful ways to persuade while remaining humble and honest; OR Manipulate information as well as people;
- Gain a global vision of all situations; OR Control the information to our own advantage;

" Golden rule principles are just as necessary for operating a business profitably as are trucks, typewriters, or twine ( J.C. Penney- 1902)

" Business as usual" is no longer enough

It is now high time, for individuals and societies, to take a giant step forward in terms of performance, in change of habits and to proceed to a fundamental renewal of their status quo and way of doing things;  if not "business as usual" will prevail, and this is no longer enough.

Today, the question is " how to become more efficient?" If we want to improve slowly but surely, we must change attitudes and behaviors. If you want to fundamentally  improve, in a revolutionary and radical manner, as an individual within your organization, you must change your frame of reference.  You must change the way you see the world, others, management and leadership.  Change your paradigm, your frame of comprehension and perceptions of certain aspects of what you believe to be reality. 

Gradually as our paradigm changes, we discover a new level of comprehension and wisdom that brings a big difference in performance.

With this paradigm, we lead others through a set of principles that have proven themselves. These principles are natural laws and social values that characterise any large Company, and responsible civilisations throughout centuries. They stand out through their values, their ideas, their ideals, their norms and their teachings that elevate, ennoble, fulfill, empower and inspire.

Principle-Based Leadership

Principle-driven managers ensure that their employees can express more creative energy, ingenuity and initiatives then their jobs currently allow or demand. When you will have attained a Principle-Based paradigm, you will bring the proof of your new perception of others. And, your employees will meet your expectations.
