the world's Jews.

We can also remember the genocide in Armenia, April 1915 to
July 1916, which cost the lives of approximately 1,200,000
Armenians, the genocide in Rwanda in July 1994 with nearly a
million deaths, the genocide in Bosnia 1992-1995 with
approximately 33,000 deaths, and this, without counting the war in
Syria, Ukraine, Gaza, and all the terrorist attacks sowing violence,
abominations and fear in our world today, killing thousands of
people. With all of these insane wars and crimes against humanity,
what have we learned?

They all used the same common power:

They ruled by sowing fear!

No leadership from the heart could create and manifest such a
world, because the heart cannot motivate or inspire a being to
commit such atrocities! How is it possible for a human being to
commit such crimes? The answer is simple: this becomes possible
when the Being is completely misaligned and disconnected from the
heart, where love, the very source of life, resides.

The new Heart energy is taking its place; the old, dominant, and
overwhelming leadership format is no longer acceptable. Moreover,
this old format is stifling and not accepted by our young leaders of
the new generation. The new Heart energy pushes and inspires us to
rethink our approach as responsible leaders of a country, a team, or
even a family, because we all play leadership roles in different
forms.

The new quality of leadership cannot be transformed through the
mind, but only through the opening of the heart and connection with
