the Higher consciousness, the source of all. Through this, we will be
able to transform our families, our teams, our countries, and
            humanity.

When I began my career as a Leadership coach, over twenty years
ago now, I declared that I wanted to contribute to the transformation
of the business world one conversation at a time, one leader at a
time. Now, I am inspired to write this book because I want to
contribute by reaching out to several leaders at a time, several
families at a time, and above all, in my own way, make a difference
in this world. I chose to be part of the solution, and not the problem.

Even in nature, we witness the importance of leadership. Every
herd or community in the animal Kingdom has a leader to lead them.
This is essential for their survival.

On the other hand, whether it is the animal kingdom or the human
being, the source of life chooses to express itself through those who
have been chosen to play this important role. Also, to be a powerful
leader requires being completely aligned with the source of life that
resides in one's heart, to be well guided and make responsible
choices that will bring benefits for all, whether for one's family,
community, business, country or all of humanity.

            Am I a leader?

We can see the qualities of a leader at a very young age. If you
watch a group of children play, you'll see that they already have an
easy time taking the reins: they tend to lead rather than be led.
As an entrepreneur, looking back, I already had leadership skills
at a very young age. At home, having a mother with fragile health,
I took on tasks such as making meals, cleaning, and taking care of
the younger children and my mother. As a teenager, I was captain of
the tambourines in a bugle corps, formed a dance group, and taught
choreographies for the end-of-year show. As a young adult, I began
a career as a secretary, eventually finding myself holding executive
