Duration of the program: 24h- 8 virtual classes of 3 hours each or 3-8 hour days for on site delivery, and 1 individual coaching session of 1 hour per participant,  following the delivery of the program.

Included in this program:  Participant workbook, 8-3 hour workshops, Exercices and Role plays, 1 hour per participant of individual coaching and follow-up sessions.

Individual coaching and follow-up sessions are available once the above program is completed

Number of participants required for the private program: Maximum of 15 participants per group.
