When we are integrating truth principles, we must all go through a period where our new foundation of truth is suddenly rocked and challenged. We feel as if we are moving through a desert, with no signs of a possible oasis. We seem to be lost. We feel as if, all f a sudden, the truth principles that propelled us forward are no longer working. We can no longer see them in the results we are experiencing.
I have gone through the desert quite a few times in my life. Whenever this happened, I chose to stand in faith knowing that I would be guided out of the desert and would experience a great change in my world.
I experienced this when I went through my separation and divorce, and when I went through a major career change. Each time, the outcome was a new life, which in no way resembled the old one.
Playing the game of life fully.
Do we choose to fully play the game of life by getting onto the field? Or do we prefer to sit out in the stands and watch others play?
I choose to play my game fully and to play it
now. Playing is the only chance I have to score and to feel that I might actually win this game called "life". Will I fall at times? Will I face opponents who want to stop me from playing? Of course! However, the important thing is to get up, dust myself off and keep on playing. Only then can I reach the goals and the dreams I have set for myself. Only then can I truly feel free and alive!
